In order to support our clients operations we offer a 'help desk' service where Facilities Management issues can be reported and acted upon during working hours or outside working hours for emergencies. From lost keys and broken locks to leaking pipes and electrical problems we can ensure every angle is covered and handled swiftly and efficiently.

Property Maintenance

Linking to our Workplace change division and Facilities help desk service, simple maintenance tasks are easy for Curovis. We can record when reported, prioritise with the client and schedule routine building maintenance ensuring the building or space you occupy is always performing to the highest standards.

Storage & Archive retrieval

Records, Storage and Archive – Curovis provide a low cost computerised storage alternative for non-essential documents or records, releasing valuable space and improving the management of records and data. From our secure central warehouse or a client's site, our fully coded system provides 24 hour on-line access for locating and requesting retrieval / collection of items. The system provides comprehensive management data and full audit trail of movement for each individual file by date, time and request.

Secure Storage Services

Long or short-term, Curovis has the cost effective and comprehensive solution to your storage requirements. The security controlled central warehouse provides 80,000 sq.ft. of specifically designed commercial storage space and systems. We supply our own crates and transportation including lifting facilities for on-site use. Our specialist packing team will ensure all goods are fully inventoried and expertly packed for relocation. The storage system is computerised to maximise management and facilitate ease of retrieval for return delivery.

Recycling & Disposal

Our recycle services ensure that as much product as possible is handled using criteria / environmental guidelines provided by Government to Recycle, such as local authorities, charitable donations to foundations requiring furniture etc. We also provide where possible, donations to organisations arranging for transportation to third world countries.

We have a sophisticated materials recycling system covering all material groups, metal, wood, plastic, rubber and fabric. All waste recycled is recorded and all weight dockets etc., will be copied and logged for audit purposes.
